Refund Policy
Terms and Conditions
1. All invoices must be paid within 15 days of receiving them, please email Karin at payments@sasnm.com with your proof of payment.
2. All Abstracts must be submitted before 14 April 2025 and the abstracts must be emailed to abstracts@sasnm.com.
3. Cancellation will not be allowed if it is not received 90 days prior to the event (31 July 2025).
4. Fees include – cumulative social event entertainment charges of R250.
