SASNM Membership Refund Policy
Membership Fees
SASNM membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except in cases outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
Duplicate payments.
Administrative errors on SASNM's part.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the SASNM Secretary/Treasurer within 14 days of the payment date.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request.
Non-Refundable Items
Membership fees will not be refunded in cases of voluntary cancellation, ineligibility, or termination of membership due to non-compliance with SASNM policies.
